This is the first year the ASRT Foundation has awarded the ASRT Fellow Scholarship/Grant. It was created to financially support dedicated members who are pursuing the prestigious status of ASRT Fellow.

Lee is a registered radiologist assistant in the pediatric division at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. He holds a Master of Science in radiologic sciences and is pursuing a doctorate in health sciences from Eastern Virginia Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia. He is also an active member of the Maryland Society of Radiologic Technologists and a member of the ASRT Practice Standards Council Radiologist Assistant Subcommittee.

Candidates considered for the ASRT Fellow Scholarship/Grant must demonstrate at least five years of continuous ASRT membership and participation in activities such as volunteering, attending ASRT and affiliate society activities and events, contributing as a writer for ASRT journals, giving presentations at conferences, earning an advanced degree, and more.

The honorary category of ASRT Fellow is bestowed upon members who have made outstanding contributions to the radiologic technology profession and to the ASRT. This category distinguishes members who have dedicated themselves to the Society and who have contributed unselfishly to the profession.
